PURPOSE: A hydrogel pack composition and a mask pack using the same are good for skin health in a short time as variable components of hydrogel are excellently absorbed into skin. CONSTITUTION: A hydrogel pack composition includes 0.01-10 wt% of polyacrylic acid having a molecular weight range of 10,000-1,000,000 or salt thereof, 0.01-10 wt% of silicon, 0.01-10 wt% of a natural polymer, 0.01-20 wt% of glycerine, and 0.01-80 wt% of one or more kinds of slime materials selected from a group composed of the filtered extract of snail slime, the extract of a yam root, the extract of a sunset hibiscus root in respect to 100 wt% of the whole hydrogel pack composition. The mask pack is made of the composition, and the thickness thereof is 0.01-10 mm.본 발명은 하이드로겔 마스크 팩, 이의 제조 방법 및 이의 제조에 이용되는 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 하이드로겔로 부터 용출되는 유효성분이 피부 밀착력이 우수하여 짧은 시간에도 집중적으로 피부건강을 돕는 장점이 있다.
