Herein is reported a conjugate comprising an antigen and an antibody that specifically binds to the antigen wherein a covalent bond is formed between the antigen and an amino acid residue in the CDR2 of the antibody, an antibody comprising a cysteine residue at amino acid position 53 (according to Kabat) in the heavy chain CDR2 and uses thereof.La présente invention concerne un conjugué comportant un antigène et un anticorps qui se lie de manière spécifique à l'antigène entraînant la formation d'une liaison covalente entre l'antigène et un résidu d'acide aminé dans le CDR2 de l'anticorps, un anticorps comportant un résidu cystéine en position 53 (selon Kabat) dans le CDR2 de la chaîne lourde et leurs utilisations.
