PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical fluid dispenser that can prevent sealability deterioration due to positional deviation of a seal member arranged near the opening of a housing.SOLUTION: The medical fluid dispenser 100 includes: a medical fluid container 110 having a cylindrical body part 111 in which medical fluid is filled； a housing 120 for holding the medical fluid container； a pusher 130 for extruding medical fluid in the medical fluid container； and a holder part 150. The housing is provided with a tip opening part 129 that protrudes the tip of the medical fluid container to the outside of the housing and a seal member 180 that prevents fluid from flowing into the housing from the tip opening part. The holder part is arranged concentrically with the medical fluid container, and is provided with a holding part 151 for holding the seal member between the first inner wall 128a of the housing and the holding part.
