PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic resonance imaging apparatus which can support image analysis regarding a plurality of regions in the brain: and to provide an image processor.SOLUTION: A magnetic resonance imaging apparatus includes a specification part and a search part. The specification part specifies a search start position of a matrix regarding a plurality of regions and showing a connection relation between the regions on the basis of an analysis result from the image of a subject and an attention degree set to each of the plurality of regions in the brain of the subject.
