The present invention relates to self-assembled polymeric micelles consisting of glycol chitosan-dequalinium (GC-DQA), a preparation method thereof and uses thereof. The micelles made of GC-DQA polymers have low cytotoxicity compared to a control group DQAsome, easily load hydrophobic drugs in the micelles, can be stably maintained at room temperature and when being kept under refrigeration, and have excellent targeting effects with respect to mitochondria.본 발명은 글리콜키토산-디쿠알리니움 자가조립 중합체성 미셀, 이의 제조방법 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 글리콜키토산-디쿠알리니움(GC-DQA) 중합체로 형성되는 미셀은 대조군 DQAsome에 비하여 세포독성이 현저히 낮고, 소수성 약물을 미셀 내부에 용이하게 탑재할 수 있으며, 상온 및 냉장 보관 상태에서 장기간 안정하게 유지되고, 미토콘드리아 타겟팅 효과가 우수하다.
