PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental post which facilitates sterilization, is physico-chemically stable, is low antigenic, has rigidity and resilience which allow the dental post to be filled in a curved or thin root canal, is harmless to apical periodontal tissues, allows indwelling in a living body over a long period of time because of the material which does not deteriorate, and is the post to which an X-ray imaging property is easily imparted.SOLUTION: A dental post 10 has a hollow from one end to the other end. A diameter of the post is 1.9 mm or less, and/or a diameter of the hollow is 1.4 mm or less.
