PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body temperature measurement processing program that improves the accuracy of body temperature measurement with simple processing, and a body temperature measurement device and a body temperature measurement processing system comprising the program.SOLUTION: A skin temperature sensor protruding from a skin-side housing face of a body temperature measurement device and an external temperature sensor with a tip thereof exposed to a housing internal-side with a gap region interposed between the tip on the housing internal-side, delete temperature data equal to or lower than a prescribed temperature, temperature data before reaching a prescribed time, temperature data at and after a prescribed time, and temperature data in which a temperature difference between skin temperature data and the external temperature data is equal to or less than a prescribed temperature among skin temperature data that have been measured and stored upon each elapse of a time, then correct skin temperature data using skin temperature data and external temperature data at each time other than the deleted temperature data and a constant determined from the thermal conductivity of the temperature measurement device and of skin, and then calculate body temperature data for an average value or an approximate value in a prescribed time range for the corrected skin temperature data at each time, thereby identifying the temperature as body temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】簡易な処理で体温特定の精度向上を図る体温測定処理プログラム及びこのプログラムを備える体温測定装置並びに体温測定処理システムを提供する。【解決手段】体温測定装置の皮膚側筐体表面より突出して表出状態の皮膚温度センサ及び先端部分を筐体内部側に空隙領域を介在させて表出状態の外部温度センサにより、時間経過ごとに測定されて記憶されている皮膚温度データのうち、所定温度以下の温度データ、所定時間に達するまでの温度データ、所定時間以降の温度データ、及び皮膚温度データと外部温度データとの温度差が所定温度以下の温度データを消去し、消去された温度データ以外の時間ごとの皮膚温度データ及び外部温度データと体温測定装置及び皮膚の熱伝導率から求められる定数とを用いて皮膚温度データを補正し、補正された時間ごとの皮膚温度データに対して所定時間範囲の平均値又は近似値の体温データを算出して体温として特定する構成とする。【選択図】図６
