BODY TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENT PROCESSING PROGRAM AND BODY TEMPERATURE MEASURING DEVICE WITH THIS PROGRAM AS WELL AS BODY TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENT PROCESSING SYSTEM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body temperature measurement processing program that improves accuracy of body temperature specification to a sudden temperature change of an external temperature, and a body temperature measuring device with this program, as well as a body temperature measurement processing system.SOLUTION: In the processing of a program for specifying a body temperature, the calculation for specifying the body temperature is performed from skin temperature data and external temperature data and a coefficient value found from a body temperature measuring device and the thermal conductivity of skin, to the skin temperature data and the external temperature data of every time other than the temperature data obtained by erasing the temperature data before reaching a predetermined time among the skin temperature data, based on the skin temperature data and the external temperature data measured for each of time. The coefficient value according to the change amount using the measured external temperature data is specified and changed from the relationship of the coefficient value obtained from the body temperature measuring device and the thermal conductivity of the skin to the change amount using the external temperature. The skin temperature is corrected by using the changed coefficient value and the skin temperature data and the external temperature data of every time, and it is configured to be the body temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】外部温度の急激な温度変化に対して体温特定の精度向上を図る体温測定処理プログラム及びこのプログラムを備える体温測定装置並びに体温測定処理システムを提供する。【解決手段】体温を特定するプログラムの処理において、時間ごとに測定された皮膚温度データ及び外部温度データに基づき、皮膚温度データのうち、所定時間に達するまでの温度データを消去した温度データ以外の時間ごとの皮膚温度データ及び外部温度データに対し、皮膚温度データ及び外部温度データと体温測定装置及び皮膚の熱伝導率から求められる係数値とから体温を特定する演算を行うもので、外部温度を用いた変化量に対する体温測定装置及び皮膚の熱伝導率で得られる係数値の関係から、測定された外部温度データを用いた変化量に応じた係数値を特定して変更し、変更した係数値と時間ごとの皮膚温度データ及び外部温度データとを用いて皮膚温度を補正して体温とする構成とする。【選択図】図６
