PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide combinatorial formulations of two kinds of antiviral compounds.SOLUTION: Disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions having an effective amount of substantially amorphous ledipasvir and an effective amount of substantially crystalline sofosbuvir. In some embodiments, provided is a pharmaceutical composition comprising: a) an effective amount of ledipasvir, in which ledipasvir is substantially amorphous； and b) an effective amount of sofosbuvir, in which sofosbuvir is substantially crystalline. Further embodiments of the disclosure relate to pharmaceutical dosage forms and tablets.
