Disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition comprising Compound I having the formula (I) and an effective amount of sofosbuvir that is substantially crystalline. A method of using the pharmaceutical composition is also disclosed. An aspect of the present disclosure relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising: a) an effective amount of Compound I that is substantially amorphous； and b) an effective amount of sofosbuvir that is substantially crystalline. Further aspects of the present disclosure relate to pharmaceutical dosage forms and tablets.
