PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body temperature adjusting device which is very convenient.SOLUTION: A body temperature adjusting device 1 comprises: temperature adjustment means 10 which includes a coolant circuit in which a coolant circulates and which adjusts the temperature of a heat transportation medium heat transportation means 20 which transports the heat transportation medium to a specific portion of a human body an operation unit which has a function to set a temperature and a control unit which controls the operation of the temperature adjustment means 10 and the heat transportation means 20 on the basis of the temperature set by the operation unit.
