PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical access device which enables a medical device to be inserted in a living body to be easily arranged in a desired direction and in a desired position with respect to a treatment object part and enables the treatment object part to be efficiently treated.SOLUTION: A medical access device 60A includes: a hollow cylindrical port part 62 having an insertion hole 66 and a sheath part 64 which can be inserted in the insertion hole 66 and is formed into a tube-shape having inside an insertion path 65 in which a medical device can be inserted.
