The present invention relates to a method for preparing a cosmetic pack sheet and a pack sheet prepared by using the same. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining a mixture mixed with a polymeric resin and natural material powder at the weight ratios of 9:1 to 7:3 manufacturing a spinning solution using the mixture forming a pack sheet in a fabric or non-woven fabric form using the spinning solution coating a hydrogel solution on the pack sheet and drying the pack sheet in which the hydrogel solution is coated.
