The invention discloses a kind of method for forming Dragees, this method forms Dragees by using the spraying fluid bed processor comprising atomizing air and Coating Solution is discharged, wherein the Coating Solution includes active material. Then, core and the dry core through soaking are soaked to form Dragees with Coating Solution. These steps are repeated until applying the active material of appropriate amount. In the case where total magnification is the microscope of 40X, Dragees visual perception is smooth.
