The present invention relates to a filter needle assembly for a syringe and, in particular, to a device which allows easier suction of an injection when a cap having a filter for filtering foreign substances is used for a syringe. The filter needle assembly for a syringe comprises: a syringe needle (100) composed of a needle (110) and a hub (120) supporting the needle (11), which can be connected to a syringe and a cap (200) including a filter (210), which accommodates the needle (110) and then can be connected by maintaining air tightness on the outer circumference of the hub (120), wherein a through-hole (121) is formed on the hub (120) to let the inside communicate with the outside and the opening and closing of the through-hole (121) are controlled by a one-way valve means (300) to block foreign substances from being introduced into the needle as well as materials attached to the syringe needle, thereby preventing ampule pieces from being injected along with an injection into a human body to increase safety.
