PURPOSE:To analyze and judge the state of sowing with an image processor and to enable the inspection of the sowing state on a soil bed with an electric means in place of a worker, by providing an image pickup device for soil bed between a sowing apparatus and a soil covering apparatus. CONSTITUTION:An image pickup device CA is placed between a sowing apparatus 8 and a soil covering apparatus 9 to pick up the image of the surface of the soil bed sowed with seeds. The image pickup device CA is connected to an image processor 18 to analyze the sowing state and judge the properness of the state. The image processor 18 is connected with an alarming device 19 alarming a buzzer BZ when the number of sowed seed-rice is judged to be out of the prescribed and with a stopping apparatus 20 to stop the operation of the sowing treatment part B.
