The present invention discloses Gongjindan (Korean traditional multi-herbal medicine) with minimized loss of active ingredients and a method for manufacturing the same. Gongjindan includes an inner core having a first mixture containing Cervi parvum cornu with at least one among musk, elecampane, and Aquilaria agallocha and a first sub material； and an outer coat containing Angelica gigas Nakai, Cervi parvum cornu, Cornus officinalis Siebold & Zucc., and a second sub material, wherein the outer coat is formed to cover the inner core. A person can easily check a state where expensive musk, elecampane, Aquilaria agallocha, Cervi parvum cornu and the like are contained to enhance his/her satisfaction.
