PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in a conventional vegetable washing device that is structured to wash soil without damaging the surface of vegetable or to wash it efficiently, and cannot wash it while pressing, however the tip is branched off into several of them in root crops serving as materials of the Chinese medicine and there is a hard one clogged up with soil and sand inside, and therefore this root is softened while easing this by friction, some material needs a "press-washing" step of removing soil and sand, but it is hard labor when performing this by manual work.SOLUTION: Wire mesh with a portion being bent downward and formed is laid in a water tank, a support shaft of a rocking body of a boat-shaped shape is connected with a rotary shaft of a motor by a crank and a rod, and an upright pillar for holding the support shaft of the rocking body is connected with a side pestle in a vertically movable manner. Water or warm water is supplied in the water tank, root crops are clamped between the wire mesh and the rocking body and rocked to the left or right while pressing to thereby perform washing and processing. Also, a cushioning member such as sponge is attached to the wire mesh and the rocking body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来の野菜洗浄装置は、野菜の表面を傷つけずに土を洗い落とすことや、効率よく洗浄することを目的とした構造となっており、押圧しながら洗浄することができない。漢方薬の材料となる根菜類の中には先端が何本にも枝分かれし、内部に土砂が詰まった固いものがあり、この根を摩擦によってほぐしながら柔らかくし、土砂を取り除く「湯もみ」工程を必要とするものがあるが、手作業でこれを行うと重労働である。【解決手段】 貯水槽に、一部を下方に屈曲形成した金網を敷設し、舟形形状の揺動体の支持軸とモータの回転軸とをクランクとロッドで連結し、揺動体の支持軸を保持する立設柱を上下動可能に横杵と連結するのである。貯水槽に水又は温水を供給し、金網と揺動体の間に根菜類を挟持し押圧しながら左右に揺動して洗浄加工を行う。また、金網や揺動体にスポンジなどの緩衝部材を取り付けるのである。【選択図】図1
