The present invention relates to a vegetation device covered with a cloth body. The vegetation device comprises a three-dimensional frame and at least a cloth body. The three-dimensional frame is assembled or integrally formed by a plurality of hard skeletons, and a receiving space is formed in the three-dimensional frame. The cloth is made of polymeric plastic for fixedly covering the outer edge of the three-dimensional frame, such that cultivation material can be placed in the receiving space. A plurality of meshes are uniformly distributed on the cloth body, and the aperture of the meshes is kept less than the particle size of the cultivation material to allow passage of tender stem or tender bud of the plant cultivated in the cultivation material, such that tender stem or tender bud grown from the plant can pass through the meshes and become adhered and grown on the cloth body, and excessive water in the cultivation material can be discharged from the meshes while retaining cultivation material with greater size in the receiving space. As such, users can place cultivation material and plant seeds in the receiving space to allow tender stem or tender bud of germinating plant seeds to pass through the meshes and become attached to the outer surface of the cloth body, growing in a uniform and thickset manner.
