The present invention relates to a massage chair comprising an ascending and a descending module (1) consisting of a transferring part (100) and an ascending part and a descending part (200) wherein the transferring part (100) has transferring beams (110) installed by facing each other for the lengthwise direction of the backrest and the ascending part and the descending part (200) are installed between the transferring beam (110)； a massage module (2) including a massage part (300) consisting of an operating part (320), which is rotated and fixed on a housing (212) installed in the ascending part and the descending part (200), and a boomerang-shaped massage arm (310), which has an upper massage roll (314) and a lower massage roll (315) on the upper end and the lower end respectively； and a control module (3) which control the operation of the ascending and the descending module (1) wherein the massage arm (310) includes a tight holding tool (330) for holding parts to be massaged whose one end is fixed on the massage arm (310) and the other end approaches the upper massage roll (314).
