The present invention relates to a blood vessel search device using a penetrating light which comprises: a pressing part which is in a ring shape with an opened lower side so that a skin can be exposed in the center part thereof, wherein a light search module is provided in a hollow hole formed therein the light irradiation module which is installed in the pressing part and releases a light to the opened lower side of the pressing part and a transparent window which is attached on the opened lower side and passes the light released from the light irradiation module. According to the present invention, the pressing part is made of a hollow hole structure and a light source of the light irradiation module is slantly installed inside the pressing part for an optical axis towards the inner lower direction of the pressing part. Therefore, an efficient light irradiation to a blood vessel of a searching part is possible.본 발명은, 투과 조명을 이용한 혈관 탐색 장치에 있어서, 혈관이 탐색되는 피부가 중앙부에 노출되도록 피부의 주변 영역을 가압하는 고리 형상이고, 내부에 형성된 중공에 하기의 광 조사 모듈이 마련되며, 하면이 개구된 가압대 가압대의 내부에 설치되어 가압대의 개구된 하면으로 광을 방출하는 광 조사 모듈 및 가압대의 개구된 하면에 부착되어 광 조사 모듈로부터 방출된 광을 투과시키는 투광창을 포함한다.본 발명에 따르면, 가압대가 내부의 중공 구조로 이루어지고, 이에 따라 광 조사 모듈의 광원이 가압대의 내측에 광축이 가압대의 내측 하방향을 향하도록 비스듬히 설치되어 탐색 부위의 혈관에 광을 효과적으로 조사할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
