A machine for making liquid or semi-liquid products, comprising: a processing container (2) for processing a basic liquid or semi-liquid product, defining a processing chamber (3) and provided with a stirrer (5) rotating inside the processing chamber (3)； a thermal treatment system associated with the processing container (2) for heating and/or cooling the processing chamber (3)； a dispensing device (4) which is associated with the processing container (2) to receive therefrom the processed, basic liquid or semi-liquid product, and which is equipped with controls for delivering the processed, basic liquid or semi-liquid product to the outside of the processing container (2)； an electronic control unit (10) for controlling at least one actuator of the machine (1), a plurality of syrup containers (6), at least one heating and/or cooling device (8) connectable to one or more of the syrup containers (6) and/or connecting pipes (9) and/or pumps (7) in order to thermally treat the syrups.
