The present invention aims to provide an antiadhesive agent additive which maintains the strength until an antiadhesive film is formed for performance maintenance and prevents a flow-down phenomenon. A membrane spacer for addition of the antiadhesive agent with the thickness of 0.1 μm to 1 mm and the diameter of 1 to 3 mm was manufactured by applying a cross linking agent to a mixed solution of carboxymethyl cellulose and hyaluronic acid and performing a cross linking reaction. Per 1 ml of the antiadhesive agent, 30 to 60 membrane spacers are applied and used after being mixed, and according to the results of experiments, antiadhesive, anti-fibrosis, anti-angiogenic and anti-inflammatory effects were similar to or better than effects of commercially available antiadhesive agents, and the flow-down phenomenon-preventive effect is excellent when applied to a surgical site.해결하고자 하는 과제: 유착 방지막이 형성될 때까지의 성능유지를 위해 강도를 유지하도록 해주며 흘러내림 현상을 개선한 유착방지제 첨가제를 제공하려는 것.과제해결수단: 카복시메틸셀룰로스와 히알루론산 혼합용액에 가교제를 가하여 가교반응한 후 두께 0.1㎛~1㎜, 직경 1~3 ㎜의 유착방지제 첨가용 미소막 간격체 (membrane spacer)를 제조하였다. 상기 미소막 간격체는 유착방지제 1㎖당 30~60개를 가하고 혼합하여 사용하며, 실험 결과, 유착방지, 섬유화 억제, 신생혈관 억제, 항염증 효과가 시판 유착방지제와 유사하거나 좀 더 우수하였으며, 수술 부위에 적용시 흘러내림 방지 효과가 우수하였다.
