A perfuming device mainly comprises a device body, a heating structure arranged in the device body and a control unit connected to the heating structure. The heating structure has a retention seat. An electrical heating pad is arranged in the retention seat. A carrying tray is provided above the retention seat. During usage, a herbal or woody perfuming material is disposed in the carrying tray, the control unit sets a heating time and a starting temperature to make the heating structure heat the perfuming material and generate perfume smoke spread to an external space.
