The present invention relates to a tooth cleaning apparatus using high pressure air, which mixes a washing solution in a fine particle type with compressed air and sprays the mixture on a skin, and more specifically, to a tooth cleaning apparatus using high pressure air which makes the washing solution into a fine particle shape by using the compressed air and has oxygen combined with the washing solution in a fine particle shape to be sprayed in a spray shape, thereby spraying the washing solution on a skin evenly, having the sprayed washing solution smeared and absorbed well deeply into the skin, having the washing solution container containing the washing solution combined to be replaceable to a container combining unit of a body to use various kinds of washing solution, having a portable oxygen tank combined to be attachable/detachable through a coupling unit to/from a body for spraying the washing solution to be used at any time anywhere, and lowering the pressure of the pressure air, injected to the body from the oxygen tank, in a coupling unit, to relieve an impact on the body and prevent the washing solution container from being accidentally separated.
