SOLUTION: The seedling transplanter also used for the sowing is constituted by providing a seed-feeding device 72 above a seedling-feeding device 42 for feeding the seedlings one by one to a seedling-transplanting device 4 by conveying a plurality of seedling-housing bodies 45 along a loop-formed lateral conveying passage, extending the end of a seed guide 74 of the seed-feeding device until crossing the seedling-housing bodies 45 in a side view and forming a U-shaped groove 75 allowing the passage of the end of the seed guide 74, at the upper end peripheral part of the seedling-housing bodies 45, and providing a seed guide 76 for sliding down the falling seeds from the seed guide 74 to the vicinity of turing fulcrum of a bottom lid 44 in the seedling-housing bodies 45.
