The present invention relates to an automatic wet suction apparatus for a dental unit chair. The present invention includes: a water-sealed vacuum pump having a sealing water inlet, an air inlet, and an outlet through which a fluid sucked through the sealing water and air inlets is discharged; a cyclone centrifugation means having an upper end connected to the air inlet of the water-sealed vacuum pump, having an upper end portion circumference connected to a suction tip of the unit chair, separating air and foreign matter-containing dirty water sucked from a patients oral cavity, and removing the separated dirty water; and a sealing water recirculation unit provided with a sealing water tank having a lower end connected to the sealing water inlet of the water-sealed vacuum pump, having an upper end portion circumference connected to the outlet of the water-sealed vacuum pump, and having a discharge port at the upper end thereof, a cooling means cooling sealing water supplied from the sealing water tank to the water-sealed vacuum pump, and a sealing water quantitative supply pump supplying a predetermined amount of the sealing water in the sealing water tank at a time to the water-sealed vacuum pump. According to the present invention, foreign matter such as saliva and bloody pus sucked from the patients oral cavity can be reliably separated from the air, and thus sealing water contamination can be reliably prevented. In addition, the sealing water is appropriately cooled through heat exchange with the discharged and constant-temperature foreign matter and recirculated, and thus sealing water consumption can be significantly reduced.
