PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently make a diagnosis when a doctor makes a diagnosis on the basis of medical images displayed in an operation picture.SOLUTION: The operation picture 60 displayed on the monitor of a client terminal is provided with an icon display area 61 for displaying an icon group 62 comprising a plurality of icons 62a for inputting operation instructions. The CPU of the client terminal extracts the icon recorded in an operation log from the icon group 62 and displays it as a first tool bar 70. Also, the CPU extracts the icon recorded in statistic information from the icon group 62 and displays it as a second tool bar 74.
