The absorbent article may comprise a substantially laterally-extending separation element defining a visual front portion and a visual back portion on a wearer-facing surface of the absorbent article. The liquid permeable topsheet may comprise a first zone in the visual front portion that comprises a first geometric treatment and a second zone in the visual back portion that comprises a second geometric treatment.
