A low frequency pulse generated from a low frequency generator built in a wristwatch is transmitted through an inner cable to an electrode attached on the outer surface of the wristwatch, and into an adhesive pad inside the electrode, to stimulate the skin of a user with a feeling similar to a low frequency therapy, at the same time, operating an alarm function. The alarm is stopped when a water detection sensor attached on the side of the wristwatch is in contact with water.
