The present invention is intended to provide a transplantation device which can transplant a graft into a layered tissue easily and without damaging the graft or a tissue around the transplantation site. A transplantation device(1) according to the present invention is a device for transplanting a graft to a living body, including a pair of flexible holding sheets(2,3) for holding the graft, wherein each of the holding sheets has a grip part for gripping the holding sheet, and the graft held between the holding sheets is exposed by pulling the paired grip parts(4,5) in directions away from the graft. By using the transplantation device, a graft can be transplanted into a layered tissue easily and without damaging the graft or a tissue around the transplantation site.La présente invention concerne un dispositif de transplantation qui peut transplanter un greffon à lintérieur de tissus multicouches facilement et sans endommager le greffon ou les tissus autour du site de transplantation. Un dispositif de transplantation (1) selon la présente invention est un dispositif destiné à transplanter un greffon sur un corps vivant, comprenant une paire de feuillets de maintien flexibles (2, 3) destinés à maintenir le greffon, chacun des feuillets de maintien ayant une partie de préhension destinée à agripper le feuillet de maintien, et le greffon maintenu entre les feuillets de maintien étant exposé en tirant les parties de préhension couplées (4, 5) dans des directions séloignant du greffon.
