The buoyancy adjusting body is configured to have: a connection unit (3) which connects a fishing line and a float to each other a float body (1) made of a buoyant material a float top (2) inserted into and coupled to the upper end of the float body (1), and which has no buoyancy and has a minimum diameter a buoyant housing (5) capable of supporting the weight of a bait, wherein the upper portion of the float top (2) is inserted into and coupled to the open lower part thereof and a concave groove (51) is formed on one side of the side surface and a lifting and lowering operation unit (6) which can be coupled to the inner part of the housing (5), allows for buoyancy adjustment as air enters the inner space through the lifting and lowering, and has an insertion hole (62). The present invention further includes a fixing cap (4) which has an open lower part so that the upper portion of the float top (2) is inserted therein and coupled thereto, and has a concave groove (41) on one side of the side surface. The fixing cap (4) is disposed by being inserted into the lower portion of the housing (5), and can be coupled to the housing (5) in a detachable manner by the concave groove (41) of the fixing cap (4) and the concave groove (51) of the housing (5). The present invention does not require the addition or removal of a sinker, and is thus environmentally-friendly.
