The present invention relates to a sea fishing buoyancy control stick float comprising: a body including a stick-shaped float top unit for ensuring visibility and a buoyancy unit formed in a lower side of the float top unit and a buoyancy adjusting unit coupled with a lower side of the buoyancy unit, and adjusting sinkability with respect to the buoyancy unit. The buoyancy unit includes a coupling groove formed in the center of a lower side thereof, and a guiding groove having a small diameter and a deeper depth from the coupling groove. A hollow magnet pipe is imbedded and installed in the guiding groove. The buoyancy adjusting unit comprises: a connection unit having a female screw formed in the center on one surface thereof, and having a penetration hole formed in the opposite side to the female screw to enable a fishing line to penetrate therethrough a metal material connection rod having a male screw formed thereon to have one side coupled with the female screw of the connection unit, and guided and attached to the magnet pipe and multiple ring-shaped buoyancy adjusting weights to which the connection rod is fitted to have penetrated center parts, and adjusting sinkability with respect to the buoyancy unit. The buoyancy adjusting unit is disposed in a lower side thereof or in an intermediate part of the float top unit and the buoyancy unit, and is coupled through the power of magnetism by being forcibly pulled or being fitted to an original position. Accordingly, the buoyancy adjusting unit can be conveniently treated compared to when buoyancy is adjusted by a buoyancy adjusting weight assembled in a conventional screw coupling way. Moreover, the float to unit can be attached to and detached from the buoyancy unit by using the magnet pipe, so the float unit can be replaced according to a fishing situation. According to the present invention, minute biting can be grasped by finely adjusting the float top unit and the buoyancy adjusting weight, so users fishing f
