PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently raise the recovery rate of treated water used as a raw material of steam without a large additional cost in modifying an existing system for heating and pressurizing objects to be treated.SOLUTION: The system for heating and pressurizing the objects to be treated includes a pressure container 2 for storing the objects 13 to be treated, and heating and pressurizing the objects 13 to be treated, with steam, and a steam generator 4 supplying steam to the pressure container 2. A pretreatment device 11 for pretreating raw water is provided in a first supply line 12 of water to the steam generator 4, and a discharge way of steam discharged from the pressure container 2 is connected to a condensed water storage tank 6.
