PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling-planting machine provided with a transplanting section constituted to transplant seedlings taken out from a filled seedling box to the field, which seedlings raised on the flexible seedling box comprising a plurality of raising pots set longitudinally and latitudinally and connected at their upper sides are loaded with the seedling box, wherein recovery of the empty box from the transplanting section is performed easily by an operator. SOLUTION: The transplanting section comprises a seedling box transporting part for transporting the seedling box to a position for taking out the seedlings, and for transporting the empty box, from which the seedlings are taken out, to a starting end of transportation, and a empty box storage space for storing plural seedling boxes discharged from the terminal end of the seedling transporting part, wherein, at the seedling transporting part, the seedling box is bent to the lower side thereof to be transported to the starting end of transportation and, at the terminal end of the seedling transporting part, the seedling box is bent to the upper side connected with the raising pots to be discharged into the empty box storage space.
