The present invention relates to a drug delivery composition for oral administration containing oxaliplatin as a water-soluble anticancer drug, and a production method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a drug delivery composition for oral administration. To this end, a complex is formed by ionic bonding between oxaliplatin a cholanic acid derivative which is an oral absorption promoter, and then is included in an internal water phase of a multi-emulsified nanoemulsion formed of a water-in-oil-in-water (w/o/w) type, thereby increasing oral bioavailability of oxaliplatin as the water-soluble anticancer drug. By producing the oxaliplatin, which is currently administered only as an injection preparation, in a form capable of being orally administered, it is possible to reduce inconvenience in using injection agents while improving patient compliance and reducing medical costs.본 발명은 수용성 항암제인 옥살리플라틴을 포함하는 경구용 약물전달 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 경구흡수촉진제인 담즙산 유도체와 옥살리플라틴의 이온결합에 의한 복합체를 형성하고, 이를 수중유중수형 (water-in-oil-in-water, w/o/w)의 다중 유화 나노 에멀젼의 내부 수상에 포함시켜 수용성 항암제인 옥살리플라틴의 경구 생체이용률을 향상시킴으로써 현재 주사제 제형으로만 투여되고 있는 옥살리플라틴을 경구 투여가 가능한 제형으로 제조하여 주사제 사용의 불편함과 문제점을 개선하고, 환자의 순응도 개선 및 의료비 절감에 기여할 수 있는 경구용 약물전달 조성물에 관한 것이다.
