A system for prevention of hypertrophic scars is disclosed, the system includes a first patch configured to be affixed to a first portion of skin proximate to a first side of a skin irregularity, a second patch configured to be affixed to a second portion of skin proximate to a second side of the skin irregularity, and a first actuation wire positioned between the first patch and the second patch and selectively placed in (i) a contracted state when an electrical current passes through the first actuation wire and (ii) a relaxed state when the electrical current ceases to pass through the first actuation wire.Linvention porte sur un système de prévention de cicatrices hypertrophiées, le système comprenant un premier timbre configuré pour être fixé à une première partie de peau à proximité dun premier côté dune irrégularité de peau, un second timbre configuré pour être fixé sur une seconde partie de peau à proximité dun second côté de lirrégularité de peau, et un premier fil dactionnement positionné entre le premier timbre et le second timbre et placé de manière sélective dans (i) un état contracté dans lequel un courant électrique passe à travers le premier fil dactionnement et (ii) un état relâché dans lequel le courant électrique cesse de passer à travers le premier fil dactionnement.
