Water-soluble film or solid gel with healing activity comprising: • a) between 25 and 60% by weight of sodium alginate, as main filmogenous substance, • b) between 0.1 and 20% by weight of microcrystalline cellulose over the total weight of the film, • c) between 0.1 and 25% by weight of vegetable proteins, • d) at least one glycosaminoglycan and/or galactosaminoglycan sulphate of the natural type, as active ingredient with healing activity and a device for medical use in particular for topical applications, containing said water-soluble film. This device is in particular suitable for covering sores and wounds, even large ones, protecting them from the external environment, continuously providing glycosaminoglycan sulphate and/or galactosaminoglycan sulphate of the natural type in the area of the damaged skin. An organic hydroxy acid can be added to accelerate the wound healing.Linvention concerne un film ou un gel solide solubles dans leau dotés dune activité de cicatrisation, comprenant : • a) entre 25 et 60 % en poids dalginate de sodium, comme substance filmogène principale, • b) entre 0,1 et 20 % en poids de cellulose microcristalline par rapport au poids total du film, • c) entre 0,1 et 25 % en poids de protéines végétales, • d) au moins un sulfate de glycosaminoglycane et/ou de galactosaminoglycane de type naturel, comme principe actif doté dactivité de cicatrisation, et un dispositif à usage médical, en particulier pour des applications topiques, contenant ledit film soluble dans leau. Ce dispositif convient en particulier pour recouvrir des plaies et des blessures, même de grande taille, pour les protéger de lenvironnement externe, pour administrer de manière continue du sulfate de glycosaminoglycane et/ou du sulfate de galactosaminoglycane de type naturel dans la zone de peau lésée. Un hydroxyacide organique peut être ajouté pour accélérer la cicatrisation de la blessure.
