A masticatory orthodontic correction device is provided, including at least one retainer and at least one recess. The retainer is mounted on upper teeth or lower teeth. The recess is formed on the retainer for receiving at least one tooth of the upper or lower teeth. The recess and the tooth form a gap therebetween, so that an occlusal force generated from the upper and lower teeth makes the tooth move in the recess through the retainer, thus achieving the orthodontic correction.
