PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an orthodontic appliance that is capable of shortening a correction period as compared with the conventional appliance regardless of the degree of malalignment of teeth of a patient because orthodontic effect is remarkable, and is capable of mitigating the patients burden because the appliance does not need always mounting on the patients teeth.SOLUTION: An orthodontic appliance comprises: a vibration member 12 comprising a horseshoe-shaped vibration plate 12A formed in shapes of tooth rows of upper and lower teeth of a human being a mouse piece 14 that is formed by mounting thermoplastic resin 18, which is softened at temperatures exceeding the human beings body temperature, in a softened state on both sides of the vibration plate 12A, and biting the vibration plate using the upper and lower teeth before cooling and solidifying the mouse piece, and is detachably fitted on the upper and lower teeth and vibration means 16 for applying vibration force to the upper and lower teeth through the mouse piece 14, by vibrating the vibration plate 12A.
