The circuit unit (100) comprises: a current conversion unit (110) which enables AC to be used like direct current (DC) by converting the direction of the AC a voltage limit unit (120) which limits the voltage intensity passing through the current conversion unit (110) a UV light emission module unit (130) which generates UV rays by using the voltage limited by the voltage limit unit (120) and a cooling unit (140) which decreases the temperature resulting from the voltage limit unit (120).
