The invention relates to application of interleukin-22 in curing virus hepatitis. Tests show that: IL-22 can obviously reduce the liver injury caused by hepatitis virus, and obviously decrease the rising transaminase ALT/AST which is inducted by the hepatitis virus. In addition, the dimer IL-22 can more effectively cure the virus hepatitis.Bu buluş, viral hepatitin tedavisinde IL-22'nin kullanımı ile ilgilidir.
