The subject of the invention is a multiphase composition comprising visually distinct phases, a first phase comprising one or more cationic surfactants, one or more non-silicone fatty substances and one or more silicones, and a second phase comprising one or more organosilanes and one or more several cationic polymers. The invention also relates to a process for preparing such a composition. The subject of the invention is also a process for treating keratinous fibers, in particular human keratinous fibers such as the hair, comprising applying to said keratinous fibers this composition. Finally, the subject of the invention is the use of this composition for conferring on keratinous fibers, in particular human keratin fibers such as the hair, a cosmetic care remanent to shampoos.
