PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for adjusting a pulling-out amount of a dental instrument hose capable of freely adjusting a pulling-out length of an instrument hose in accordance with the preference of an operator when the operator pulls out an instrument required for medical care from an instrument holder.SOLUTION: The mechanism for adjusting a pulling-out amount of an instrument hose includes: a base 11 an instrument hose holding arm 12 for holding the instrument hose, one end part of which is pivoted to a first shaft member of the base 11 a slider member 14, one end part of which is pivoted to a second shaft member of the base, and the other end part of which is pivoted to a third shaft member provided to an intermediate part of the instrument hose holding arm 12 and a spring member 17 for energizing the slider member 14 in a direction of contraction.
