PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pull-out amount adjustment device of an instrument hose, even when a pulley does not reach a longest position of a hose, capable of stopping a pull-out operation of hose, and a dental treatment unit.SOLUTION: The pull-out amount adjustment device of the instrument hose includes: a guide rail 13 a pulley 18 that moves along the guide rail and takes up the instrument hose to be connected to a dental instrument a pulley traction part 30 that takes up an elastic member 32 to be connected to the pulley, rotates in a traction direction of the pulley in the opposite direction from the direction in which the instrument is pulled out, and pulls the pulley and a brake part 40 that comes into contact with the pulley traction part to stop the rotation of the pulley traction part.
