The ultrasonic imaging apparatus comprises: an ultrasonic probe for obtaining an ultrasound image a microchannel which has one side communicated with a front end of the ultrasonic probe and the other side communicated with an external diameter of the ultrasonic probe a pneumatic injector which is connected to the other side of the microchannel to inject an injection solution into the front end of the ultrasonic probe through the micro channel.
