PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage tool which is inexpensive, has a simple structure for used medical instrument capable of stably treating a used medical instrument after used for a surgery, and managing the same.SOLUTION: A storage tool comprises a support body 101 formed of a bottom member 101a and a lid member 101b, and on a surface of the bottom member of the support body, a laminate is provided, the laminate being formed by arranging in this order, a first adhesive layer 102 on which a used medical instrument is mounted, and a first release sheet layer 103 having a same shape and size to those of the first adhesive layer. The lid member is provided on the first release sheet layer of the laminate, the support body has a fold provided to be folded into half for providing the bottom member and the lid member. The first release sheet layer is covered with the lid member. Three sides of the bottom member other than a side where the fold is provided on the bottom member, side walls 105a-105c which can be folded inward, are integrally provided.
