The present invention addresses the problem of providing a release sheet that employs a paper base, the release sheet having enhanced releasability from an adhesive layer and excellent handleability. The present invention pertains to a release sheet which comprises a release agent layer, a first resin layer, a paper base, and a second resin layer in this order, and is characterized by being curled in such a direction that the release agent layer side of the release sheet has a convex shape.
