PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laver manufacturing apparatus capable of keeping the quality of manufactured laver uniformly through all the manufacturing processes.SOLUTION: A laver manufacturing apparatus 1 includes a forming part for forming raw laver on laver drainboards 2, and a drying chamber 1B for drying raw laver formed on each laver drainboard in the forming part and generating dried laver on each of the laver drainboards 2 so as to convey the plurality of laver drainboards 2 on which raw laver is formed in the forming part with a conveying mechanism 11 and pass through the drying chamber 1B. Furthermore, the laver manufacturing apparatus 1 includes a warm air generating and feeding part 51 generating warm air and feeding the generated warm air into the drying chamber 1B, and a humidity sensor 57 for detecting humidity in the drying chamber 1B.
