PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe that can achieve both improvement in the suction performance of a parenteral solution and filtration effect.SOLUTION: A syringe 100 is provided with a cylinder 110 with a piston and a needle holder 210 with an injection needle 220 at the tip. A through hole is drilled in a filter block to be fitted to the inside of the needle holder. The syringe comprises a connecting cap 270 provided with a suction path and a discharge path at the rear side of the needle holder. A parenteral solution flows into the cylinder while passing through the injection needle, the through hole, and the suction path. When discharging the parenteral solution upon administering medication, the needle holder is moved linearly, a pressing rib is moved along a spiral groove, and at the same time, a filter holder is rotated.
